What is MIPCOM?

MIPCOM is a unique event showcasing the world’s leading audiovisual content before the eyes of the industry’s key decision-makers.

MIPTV- WEP will be returning to France in April to continue licensing out Voltron as well as other WEP properties to licensees around the world. Meetings are also slated to start introducing the new series to possible licensees. The conference will take place April 11-15 in Cannes, France. For more info go to www.reedmidem.com

As in previous years, World Events Productions will have a huge presence at this years MIPCOM Television Festival. Every year MIPCOM allows WEP to showcase all of our properties to broadcasters and distributors from all over the world. In addition to the original Voltron series and the 3D series, WEP also licenses out the rights to the animated series Denver the Last Dinosaur, Saber Rider and The Star Sheriffs, and Vytor the Starfire Champion. All of these series' are currently airing across the world and were huge hits of the 80's and 90's.

This year at MIPCOM we hope to place special emphasis on Voltron and the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the series. We will be pre-selling the new series and getting the word out that Voltron is back, and is BIGGER and BETTER than ever! As MIPCOM approcahes, WEP will have more and more material ready for showing to the trade... and to the fans!
